Sarah, born and raised in Aspen, frequently returns from her home in Hygiene, CO to teach watercolor classes and exhibit her work in the Roaring Fork Valley.
This book was inspired by Sarah's grandson's tender attention to all things six-legged, winged, and teeny.
Sarah joined artists at The Project Shop in Carbondale in collaboration with Bona Fide Press, to hand stitch and bind this limited edition. The unique binding allows the 100% recycled paper pages to lay flat, showcasing the intricate paintings reproduced with a high-quality printing process that accurately captures the detail from the original paintings
